How soon can I receive service?
These days, many repair companies – both small and large – schedule home visits as far as 2-to-3 weeks out from the day of your initial phone call. And even on your date of service, they force you to stay home for half the day or more while you wait for their window of arrival.
Compare that to us: Our name is “Immediate” for a reason! Technicians are placed throughout our wide service area, and all are expected to respond with emergency appliance repair and same-day service whenever possible.
