He showed me parts of my dryer and how and why they got that way. He showed me the lint that was trapped. He also listened to my washer to make sure it was running well and it was! June 23, 2024I called Immediate Appliance to ask about repairing my refrigerator. The people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and professional. They offered to come that day to check the refrigerator. Keyel was the service person that arrived. He was wonderful. He identified the problem and was able to fix it on the spot in no time at all. He even cleaned up the whole area where he worked. The fee was nominal compared to the price I would have paid for a new refrigerator. I am a very happy customer and I would call Immediate Appliance for any future repairs on my appliances.
