A History of Community Investment
With over 25 years in business, Immediate Appliance is deeply rooted in Freehold. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a successful business, led by owner Robert Gerrity. “I’ve never forgotten where I came from or how hard I have had to work to get to this point in my life. I look around and realize how blessed I am and want to be able to give back and impact others.”
Supporting Local Charities and Causes
We are passionate about helping those in need in our Freehold community. Whether it’s feeding the hungry, clothing the homeless, or rescuing abandoned animals, our mission is to support meaningful causes. Through donations and hosting events, we work to make a positive difference where we live and work.
A Night of Giving: Helping the Homeless in Freehold
In December, Immediate Appliance teamed up with Our House Restaurant and Banquet Facility, and The Wired Band to host A Night of Giving. This event benefited the Emergency Housing and Advocacy Program in Freehold, which provides housing and advocacy for the homeless. Thanks to community support, Immediate Appliance helped fill 12 backpacks with winter clothing and necessities for men in the program.
A St. Patrick’s Day Celebration for Food Assistance
This past March, we partnered once again with Our House Restaurant and Banquet Facility and The Wired Band for a St. Patrick’s Day event benefiting Open Door of Freehold. Open Door provides food assistance to those in need in our community. The event gathered a generous amount of food donations, which were delivered to Open Door just in time for Easter.
Upcoming Events: Supporting Rescue Dogs and More
Looking ahead, we are excited to sponsor a benefit and adoption event for rescue dogs on June 2 at Our House Restaurant. We will also be supporting local events like the County Seat Jazz & Blues Street Fest on May 6 and Thursday’s Rock! Summer Concert Series from June 7 to August 23 in Downtown Freehold.
