JOHN STEEN – VP OF OPERATIONS
Friends with the owner for over three decades, John officially joined Immediate Appliance in 2011 as an Operations Manager. With 34 years of previous experience in the appliance repair and parts industries here in New Jersey, John is a valued member of the company, where he applies his advanced knowledge of appliance parts and customer service expertise. Committed to learning and adapting to the constant evolution within the appliance industry, John frequently attends seminars and specialized training and networking events such as the ASTI Convention.
MATT THOLEN – DISPATCHING MANAGER
After working in the appliance sales department of Best Buy for two years, Matt joined the Immediate Appliance family in 2014, where he combined his 10+ years of experience in retail sales and customer service with technical repair training he received here at Immediate Appliance. Today, Matt is in charge of coordinating with our team of repair technicians, as well as managing all customer scheduling, technician routes, and daily dispatching. He currently holds an A.A. in Digital Mass Media from Ocean County College.
ERICA RUSSELL – SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Erica has been working with Immediate Appliance since she was 17, when she joined the company as a part-time customer service rep. She continued to work for the company while pursuing a college degree, eventually utilizing her expertise in digital communication and social media to transition into the role of Social Media Manager, where she works closely with the owner on the company’s marketing campaigns, web-site development, and social presence online. She holds a B.A. in Communication from Rutgers University, with a certificate of Specialization in Public Relations.
DEBBIE VAUGHN – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Debbie joined the Immediate Appliance team in 2015. Prior to joining, Debbie worked in accounting for over 16 years. She started working for Sears in 2013 as a Territory Training Coordinator, working to train and oversee Sears’ technicians. At Immediate Appliance, she works on maintaining quality customer service, coordinating with our technicians, and optimizing our organizational structure and systems. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and English from Old Dominion University.
