I needed some repairs to a washer and dryer. After a recommendation I reached out to immediate appliance . The appointment was set and they arrived on time. When I came home I thought some additional service should have been provided. I reached out to John (owner ) in the morning to discuss. He immediately called me back. He found that the pump on our washer needed to be replaced and called the shop and had it delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this company. He was very courteous and professional and had a wonderful attitude.
