We purchased a Maytag refrigerator 3 years ago and recently noticed a build up of ice in the freezer. I did my research on finding a reputable appliance repair firm and having done so selected Immediate Appliance. I called to schedule an appointment and Beverly was very accommodating to schedule one based on my availability. She called the morning of my appointment to let me know when Jim our technician would arrive. He was on time, extremely courteous and professional. He promptly diagnosed the problem and corrected it.
